Orders for Collection
Orders placed with in-store collection must be collected within five (5) working days of receiving your confirmation email.
b Failure to collect an order within the specified timeframe may result in the order being cancelled following reasonable attempts to contact the customer, with any applicable refund issued to the original payment method.
Processing and Dispatch
Orders placed before 1:30 PM will be shipped the same day and delivered on the next working day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Adding a new order to an existing order
You can use our Add to Order feature to add eligible items to an order you have already placed. Please provide your original order number in the text box provided before proceeding to checkout and use the same account as you did for the original order.
The add to order feature will be available under Shipping.
- Add-ons must be completed before 12:30pm (Irish time) on the day your original order is due to be dispatched, and before the order has been packed or dispatched. After this cut-off, you will need to place a new order. Separate delivery charges may apply.
- This feature is available for selected products only. Items that may incur additional shipping charges due to their weight, size or delivery requirements cannot be added through it. These include, but are not limited to, balloon weights, helium and props. If you are unsure whether a product is eligible, please contact us before placing your add-on.
- Added items will be sent to the delivery address on your original order.
- If we cannot combine your add-on with your original order, we will contact you to offer a refund for the add-on or the option of paying for separate delivery.
Delivery Options & Timeframes
Standard Delivery (Ireland & Northern Ireland):
Estimated Delivery within 1-2 business days.
Air Products Helium (Delivery Ireland & Northern Ireland only):
Helium orders typically require 2–3 business days for delivery after dispatch.
European & Non-EU Shipping:
We ship internationally with DPD, but delivery times vary depending on destination.

While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, external factors such as adverse weather or courier disruptions may occasionally cause delays.
Shipping Rates
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details (if applicable).
Delivery Issues
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer may be responsible for additional re-delivery costs.
