Shipping & Collections Policy

Click & Collect Orders - Free collection within business hours.

Orders for Collection 

       Orders placed with in-store collection must be collected within five (5) working days of receiving your confirmation email.

b         Failure to collect an order within the specified timeframe may result in the order being cancelled following reasonable attempts to contact the customer, with any applicable refund issued to the original payment method.

Processing and Dispatch 

Orders placed before 1:30 PM will be shipped the same day and delivered on the next working day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery Options & Timeframes 

Standard Delivery (Ireland & Northern Ireland):

Estimated Delivery within 1-2 business days.

Air Products Helium (Delivery Ireland & Northern Ireland only):

Helium orders typically require 2–3 business days for delivery after dispatch.

European & Non-EU Shipping:

We ship internationally with DPD, but delivery times vary depending on destination.

While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, external factors such as adverse weather or courier disruptions may occasionally cause delays.

Shipping Rates 

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details (if applicable).

Delivery Issues

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer may be responsible for additional re-delivery costs.
