Returns & Refund Policy
Returns Eligibility
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Items that are personalised, customised, or made-to-order are non-refundable.

Perishable items (e.g., food products, confectionery, balloons filled with helium) cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
How to Return an Item

Contact us at info@irishpartysupplies.ie within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your parcel.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

If you received a promotional discount, refunds will be adjusted to reflect the final purchase price.
Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@irishpartysupplies.ie within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Personalised or customised products.

Perishable items (e.g., food, confectionery, opened consumables).

Helium-filled balloons or balloon kits once used/opened.

Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).
- Seasonal Items
