Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully, If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Online Purchases (Change of Mind)

If you order online, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, even if you simply change your mind.

• To exercise this right, you must let us know within 14 days and return the goods promptly.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within (5-7 working days) of receiving your return.
• Online orders for in-store collection - Customers retain their statutory right to cancel and return goods within fourteen (14) days from the date of collection, provided items are unused, in original condition, and returned in accordance with our standard returns process. 

In-Store Purchases (Change of Mind)

If you buy in-store and simply change your mind:

• Seasonal stock: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on seasonal items (e.g. Christmas, Easter, Halloween, or other time-limited stock).
• Other items: Returns may be accepted within (14 days) at our discretion, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and you have proof of purchase.

How to Return

To arrange a return, please contact us at (info@irishpartysupplies.ie or contact 01-8010316) within 14 days of receiving your order. We will also require your order details.

We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

If you received a promotional discount, refunds will be adjusted to reflect the final purchase price.

Exchanges 

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@irishpartysupplies.ie within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you. This applies to all items, including seasonal stock.

Non -Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period, including:

Personalised or customised products.

Helium-filled balloons or balloon kits once used/opened.

Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).

Seasonal Items.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law.
