Manually Inflates Latex and Foil Balloons
Place the balloon over the Flex-Tilt Valve Outlet and press forward until balloon has reached desired size. For best results, inflate foil balloons as slowly as possible and remove the balloon from the outlet while there are still wrinkles along the seam line.

Quickly Change From one Snap-On Outlet to the Next
To remove the outlet, slide the brass sleeve on the quick disconnect fitting.

Place the neck of the foil onto the filling outlet and press upward to begin inflating. When the foil balloon has reached the proper size and pressure, the inflator will automatically shut-off the flow of helium. Inflates all size and shape foil balloons.

Inflate Latex Balloons with a 60/40 Mixture of Helium and Air
The Fast-Flow Push Valve has a tapered tip to easily fit 11″ and larger latex balloons. Place the balloon over the latex outlet and press downward until balloon has reached desired size. The two holes located on either side of the outlet allow the air to be drawn in as the helium passes upward and into the balloon.
